The Vi Natural project consists to promote a selection of natural wines from the Valencia and Alicante regions in Spain at a fair price for the winemaker. It is also the organisation of tastings for individuals and companies, and assistance and monitoring for the conversion of the wine industry to agro-ecology. Natural wines are wines made without chemicals or industrial techniques during the vinification process, using grapes grown using agro-ecological methods and harvested by hand. Jérôme Chesnot is the first ambassador of the Vi Natural project and offers talks and conferences on conscious viticulture in French, English and Catalan, on natural wine and ecological viticulture.

Vi Natural promotes and sells natural wines without sulfites from the València and Alicante regions in Spain. It also organises tastings for individuals and companies, and provides support and follow-up for the conversion of the wine industry to agro-ecology. The online shop, available in French, English and Catalan, offers red wines (Grenache, Merlot or Monestrell grapes) and white wines (Muscat, Trapadell, Giro blanc, Merseguera, Planta fina) produced by independent winegrowers. Each year, the vinatural.org team selects six natural wines without sulfites, from six different winemakers located in the Valencia and Alicante region and offers them for sale. The winery that can be visited is located in the village of Benirrama in the Vall de Gallinera, near the port of Dénia. La Vall de Gallinera is a municipality in the province of Alicante in the Valencian Community.
